Q: Can I create my own menu?
A: Yes, our Andaz Wedding Professionals are happy to assist you with creating a menu that reflects what you envision for your special day.
 
Q: Is there a ceremony fee?
We offer a ceremony fee of $3,000, which includes our beautiful West Rooftop as the venue, privacy curtains if requested, two wireless lavaliere microphones with speakers, and a complimentary iced tea, infused water, and lemonade station for your guests.

Q: Can I taste all the food before the wedding?
We invite you to meet our Executive Chef, Laura de Martin Fabbro, and enjoy a preview tasting of the menu selections for your wedding dinner.  We offer a complimentary tasting for two, Monday through Friday.
 
Q: How long will my reception last?
A: Your Andaz Wedding Professional will work with you to create a time frame that best fits what you are looking for.
 
Q: Can I have a hosted bar at the wedding?
A: You can elect to have a full hosted bar, a hosted beer and wine bar, a cash bar, or a combination of these options.  Your Andaz Wedding Professional If you wish to combination of a hosted and cash bar.

 

Q: Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc?
A: We work on a regular basis with several preferred vendors. Our Andaz Wedding Professional will be happy to assist you and provide our Preferred Vendor List.

 

Q: Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at Andaz San Diego?
A: Certainly.  We have several locations that are appropriate for these occasions.

 

Q: Are taxes and gratuities included in the pricing?
A: No, your contract pricing will not include taxes and gratuities.  Please remember, pricing is not final until the signed contract and deposit are returned.
 
Q: Do you offer a discounted room rate for my guests who wish to stay at the hotel?
Special discounted rates will apply for you and your guests, based on availability.  Additional group discounts will apply for a contracted block of 10 guest rooms or more.

 

Q: Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?
A: We will try and accommodate your guests' requests, however this will be dependent on the occupancy of the hotel and handled by our hosts directly.
